Tooth decay prevention

Tooth decay prevention can be done by eating a healthy diet, drinking plenty of tap water instead of sugary drinks, brushing your  teeth  twice  a  day  using  a  fluoride  toothpaste,  and  flossing  once  a  day.  Tooth decay should be treated by a dentist to prevent it. Brush with fluoride toothpaste after eating  or  drinking.  Brush  your  teeth  at  least  twice  a  day  and  ideally  after  every  meal, using fluoride-containing toothpaste. To clean between your teeth, use floss or use an interdental brush.
