Laminates and Veneers

Dental  laminate  is  a  thin  shell  designed  by  custom-made  tooth-colored  material.  These shells  are  bonded  to  the  teeth’  front  surface  to  improve  their  shape,  size,  color,  and  overall appearance. Porcelain laminate is made of different porcelain layers replaced by natural teeth enamel  and  sticky  coating.  Dental  veneers  (sometimes  called  porcelain  veneers  or  dental porcelain laminates) are wafer-thin, custom-made shells of tooth-colored materials designed to cover the front surface of teeth to improve your appearance. These shells are bonded to the front of the teeth changing their color, shape, size, or length.

Tooth Colored Fillings

Tooth-colored  fillings  are made of composite resin. Composite resin is an excellent dental filling material because it is hard and matches the tooth colour.    It also does not dehydrate, is inexpensive, and is easy to manipulate into cavities. A composite (tooth colored) filling is used to repair a tooth that is affected by decay, cracks, fractures, etc. The decayed or affected portion of the tooth will be removed and then filled with a composite filling.

Smile Makeover

A smile makeover is the process of improving the appearance and health of you of the teeth and gums through a series of dentistry procedures. During our initial assessment we’ll assess the heath of your jaw, gum foundation and teeth using a combination of visual, x-ray, and will make models of your teeth. This cosmetic dentistry solution can last for about 15 years or more. As the dental porcelain used for porcelain veneers becomes even stronger, the lifespan of veneers could increase significantly in the future.

Teeth Whitening

Tooth  whitening  is  any  process  that lightens the color of a tooth. Whitening may be done by physical removal of the stains or a chemical reaction to lighten the tooth color. Bleaching is the procedure of removing staining by chemical agents. Teeth whitening isn’t permanent. It can last from a few months to up to 1.5years – it varies from person to person. The whitening effect won’t last as long if you smoke or drink red wine, tea or coffee, which can all stain your teeth.
